Coronavirus Impacts on Shipping Times

In these exceptional times we still want to ensure kids receive their presents or toys to keep them entertained at home!

We are working around the clock to ensure your order is quickly despatched on the same or next business day, as this is within our control.

However, Australia Post is experiencing delays in shipping times due to reduced domestic flights and increased online shopping volumes. These delays (which may also affect Express deliveries) can be up to a few business days and unfortunately are beyond our control.

We recommend allowing extra leeway for important dates such as birthdays. We apologise for any inconvenience these delays may cause and thank you all for your understanding and continued support of Toy Hunters.


Coronavirus Health & Safety Measures

We would like to assure everyone that we have extremely strict guidelines in place to greatly reduce the risk of transmission of COVID-19. We take this coronavirus situation very seriously and are doing our best to eliminate the risk of spread in our community.

We are an online only store with a small team which means minimal handling of the toys in our warehouse where only one team member is permitted at any time while the rest of the team work from home.

But don’t worry, we are packing orders around the clock in single person shifts so this has not changed our usual fast shipping with same or next day dispatch! 

All team members thoroughly wash their hands prior to packing and at regular intervals, and have hand sanitiser and gloves readily available. Further, toys are not touched and left in their original cartons until they are ready to be packed, and all delivered stock is being sanitised before it is brought inside the warehouse.

Stock deliveries and parcel collections are contactless, and no customer pickups are permitted, to enforce strict social distancing.
